PT Asuransi Aviva Indonesia is a joint venture company with Aviva Plc, one of the top 6 insurance companies in the world. Our main office is located in the heart of business industry in Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta.

Due to our rapid growth in life insurance industry, we seek qualified individual to join our company. Currently we are open for the following position:

 

Insurance Specialist
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Convert hot leads given by the bank staff, visit customers office / residence and facilitate end to end policy management [product pitch to policy document] for the customer
• Build and leverage on relationships with various bank branch employees in an attempt to maximise lead generation opportunities
• Be a product and process champion so that all customer / LG queries on products / processes can be responded to instantaneously
• Periodic business update on all the leads passed on to him by the various stakeholder. This would include proposal logged, issued, cancelled, pending, etc.
• Be equipped to deliver basic on site snap training on products/ processes to the bank staff
• Service all Aviva Life insurance customers sourced through the branch for all financial and non-financial endorsement
• Ensure that all contests and / or promotions pertaining to Aviva Life Insurance are understood by the branch staff and thereafter, create excitement in an attempt to create constructive competition and maximize business opportunity
• Work closely with the bank staff help in the lead generation process by conceptualizing and implementing various customer events and promotions
• Ensure that the branches have all relevant marketing collaterals

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master
• 1 - 2 years experiences in roles involving bancassurance in life assurance or financial services for post graduates

Skill & Knowledge :

• Ability to sell life insurance products to meet needsof the company
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to innovate
• Knowledge of financial services market, its wider environmental issues and trends
• Knowledge of regulatory framework
