Responsibilities:

Conduct Recruitment Process including :

• Planning the Activity
• Sourcing (Coordination with campus)
• Interview based on Competency Based Interview Method
• Evaluate the Activity
• Make Improvement in Recruitment Area
• Branding Activity (Job Fair and Exhibition)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• GPA Min. 3.00 and Age Max 27 years old
• Has good communication and coordination skill
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.
