We are part of the WPP group, the world’s largest communications group. We provide outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors.
Our range of services include customer service, telesales and technical helpdesk. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand & Malaysia.
Our call centre employs around 100 telemarketers and to aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Indonesia office.

Junior Application Developer
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Take care of the project implementation in all aspect related software development (design, code, document, test, debug and deploy software using MS Visual Basic and Crystal Report) and maintain of TeleSmart application upon user request.
  • Take care of Database administration and management for all projects and coordinate with client for data loading and report and other query.
  • Coordinate with the internal users, clients, and regional IT support for project requirement, implementation, modification, and improvement
  • Manages the In-house application to support office process to minimize the internal process and administration tasks for HR, Accounting, others. Coordinate with vendor for database and software modification and implementation in term of system and data analysis
  • Maintain the security of the database, including backup.
  • Look after all project and campaigns from software application perspective.
  • Identify, investigate, analyze and document reported defects and potential problems and take appropriate action
  • Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
  • Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
  • Correction of any application error and problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Ad hoc user requests (queries and report)
    • Data loading
    • Data purging
    • Database backup
    • Database maintenance
    • Optimum disk space for database server
Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Contact Center Development preferably
  • Experience with SQL and interfacing with databases.
  • Fluent in XML, ODBC, SQL, VB, Crystal Report
  • Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meets customer needs
  • Knowledge of database architecture and design
  • Good knowledge of mathematical and statistical principles and formulas.
  • Demonstrated ability to use standard computing tools: Word processor, spreadsheet, browser, email, and file compression software.
  • Overall knowledge of the computing environment at large, e.g. typical uses and user populations of operating systems, communications protocols, hardware platforms, etc.
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication.
  • Flexible attitude, able to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment and ability to perform under pressure and a solid team player
